Digital products

Products sold on this site are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped. A paid title includes the formats named on its sales page. Access is for the buyer's personal use and may not be resold, shared publicly, or redistributed.

Educational boundary

The site, free sheet, and books provide general educational information about observation, comparison, source checking, and recordkeeping. They do not inspect a home, diagnose a condition, authorize repair, or provide legal, insurance, financial, code, warranty, engineering, electrical, fuel, combustion, sewage, hazardous-material, structural, support, anchoring, leveling, or roof-access advice. Follow the home's and each component's current instructions and applicable local requirements.

Orders and delivery

Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment platform. Delivery is made electronically to the address used at checkout. Prices and included formats are shown before purchase. No recurring SKU is offered on this site.

Refunds

Paid digital products carry the thirty-day refund described in the Refund Policy. If approved, the buyer keeps the files.

Availability and corrections

We may correct errors, update source notes, or withdraw a product that no longer meets its stated standard. Buyers may contact us for a current correction file when one is issued for their edition.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Long Roofline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
