Refund Policy

Effective August 12, 2026.

Thirty days

If a paid Long Roofline product does not make the home easier to keep track of, write within thirty days of purchase. We will refund it, and you keep the files.

How to request one

Email hello@thelongroofline.shop with the order email address and order number. A short reason helps us improve the product, but it is not required.

What happens next

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. Access to future updates may end after a refund, but the files already delivered remain yours.

Duplicate orders

If you accidentally buy the same title twice, contact us. We will refund the duplicate order after confirming both transactions.

Free files

The free walkaround sheet has no purchase price and therefore no payment to refund. Contact us if delivery fails.
