Who handles the data

What we collect

When you request the free sheet, we collect the email address you submit and attribution fields attached to the visit. When you buy, a payment processor processes payment and provides the order details needed for delivery, support, refunds, and accounting. We do not receive full card details.

How we use it

We use submitted information to deliver requested files, send the email series you agreed to receive, support purchases, honor refunds, measure page and campaign performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting duties.

Services used

systeme.io handles email forms and messages. Payment, tax handling, and digital order records are processed during checkout. Plausible provides privacy-focused traffic and event measurement. Hosting providers deliver the site. Each service processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Email choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also write to hello@thelongroofline.shop. Transactional delivery or support messages may still be sent when needed to complete a request or order.

Retention

We keep subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, subject to suppression records needed to honor that choice. Order and refund records are retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Your requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we control by emailing hello@thelongroofline.shop. We may need to verify the request. Some records must be retained where law requires it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
